very sweet management team, upfront and honest. has a really nice facility and they know they do. and priced fairly for the area. very quiet and comfortable place to live. and me and my wife look forward to living there.

All in all, I think Autumn Woods is reasonably priced for what they offer. It is a gated community with two pools, two laundry rooms,a play ground and a basketball court. I have one of the bigger units offered here and the space is great, just over 1,000 sq ft. The neighbors are not nosey and they are not disruptive either. THE ONE DOWN FALL HOWEVER is it is not central heat and air. It's not something I put much thought into when looking for a place, until after summer hit. Yes it stays cool but ...

it is just not the same. It's hard to keep the whole apartment nice and cool.Then in the winter, with the heater unit being on the living room wall, the bedroom is cold. And the two wall units take up wall space so there is not many options on how to arrange your living room. Just some input on things that you might over look.
