communication between management and maintenance and everyone wants to play the blame game. Corporate will make you feel like your raise for concern is ridiculous and does nothing to address the issues. They are never at the office during the business hours stated on their voicemail after bringing that to their attention they stated the hours have changed and they just haven't updated their voicemail. That was 2 months ago. Kid a pull fire alarms here, they throw rocks that HAVE hit cars and there are never repercussions. The walls are so thin you can hear babies and kids crying in units next to yours it's like a cheap motel. The trash and recycle are constantly over flowing. I can guarantee if you ask anyone why they moved here, they will say because it seemed peaceful and decent and if you ask why they still live here, it's simply because of the cost. The actual environment and management is the worst I've encountered. I would NEVER recommend. Whoever wrote that 5 star review is most likely an employee trying to boost sales. Not one person I speak to about these apartments that actually LIVES here would give this place 5 stars lol
