Gosh this place was a nightmare. From the constant leaks and inconsiderate management. Management always had a reason to enter your apartment, it was beyond invasive. One instance they needed to do some type of work on the pipes, which involved multiple giant hose being laid out in our apartment, for days! And they preformed loud and noisy work inside/outside of the apartment. There was just always something. As for management being inconsiderate. So this is a small complex, so not too many ...
parking spots. And considering it is North Park, street parking in limited. When a big bulk of the construction was being completed, management allowed the construction workers to take over a handful of the parking spots to store their equipment. It was already difficult to secure a parking spot since it was all unassigned, but the construction workers taking over made it even more difficult and stressful. As I said, there was no assigned parking. Except for the property manager, which is just so wrong in many ways. Parking was already limited, so I'm not sure why someone who is almost always on the property, needs a assigned spot. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. With all of that being said, just look elsewhere. I promise you will find better.
