November 21, 2024I had a pretty bad leak in my apartment and although it was a difficult week of constant maintenance and having to move my schedule around, I really appreciated getting compensated for the inconvenience of it all. November 19, 2024I have lived here for four months. The ammenities are wonderful - the gym has everything you need, the pool and hot tub are great, there are so many grills. This neighborhood is safe and quiet.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2024Great, fun and diverse people. Amazing amenities!! Love the great Staff too! The grounds are kept beautiful inside and out. Convenient to many shops in the area and access to the city on Monaco and/or Quebec. Love the big pool and hot tube and wonderful relaxing Seating with lounges and couches. October 9, 2024Overall great place to live. Very responsive when I need maintenance. I do wish there were more options in terms of allowing access to my apt (unable provide dogsitter access to my apt) One thing I wish was a bit easier was to be able to contact the faculty for quick questions. September 24, 2024I came here because Encore said that they have a resort style pool. I have a knee that needed to be rehabed in the water. The beautifully advertised pool is just a prop to get people to sign a lease. The pool is NEVER heated. Its very, very, very cold year round. Even in the summer! They just ordered new heaters for the pool. But it will only be heated enough to keep the pipes from freezing. i am so disappointed.So are many others. September 19, 2024This apartment complex is perfect for me: Neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and perfect for running. Lots of nearby (walking distance) restaurants, stores (grocery and community Target), breweries (Denver Beer Co across the street and Lowry Beer Garden a short walk away). Oh, and of course it is just 15 minutes from the major hospitals in the vicinity where I work! The parking garage was also a major plus!
