Awful communication

A one star is generous for my experience here. We applied in April with a move in date of June 10th. About two weeks before move in and we still hadn’t signed a lease which I was told would happen close to move in due to it being new construction. Well I called to see what was going on and was informed it would be July 10th!! Was someone going to call me the day of or what? Then a few weeks later we get the call it’s August 15th. Frustrating but we were willing to deal. We had an appointment to ...
go see the unit in person on the day we were originally supposed to move in only to be informed it would now be October. Absolutely unbelievable. If you’re willing to wait until I don’t know, next year then sure go for it. But we couldn’t keep being disappointed. Also side note after this we viewed a property that used to be owned by Altis with all of the same floor plans. It was about 10 years old and looked every bit of it which likely speaks to the quality of their homes.
