Not worth it! Not peaceful! Don't rent here
April 11, 2024Constant false fire alarms! we've not lived here a year and there have been about 15-18 times the fire alarms go off falsely. The volume is very loud and will hurt your ears, let alone your children and pets. They happen at all times, early (2am and 4am) and weekends. Management does not do anything to fix this. They won't put up cameras or tweak the system. Also, maintenance is very under-staffed. Over a week goes by without a response to maintenance requests. Parking is terrible and cars have ...been broken into regularly. Garage shoots are often backup several floors. Not a peaceful place. Not cheap even with discounts offered.
