    I live in a studio in Chelsea, in Manhattan. The building is a rental company called Avalon. For the same price, I would be living in a 2-bedroom apartment in Chicago, or a luxurious 1-bedroom apartment in Miami. The apartment itself is the perfect studio for a single person. It has a U shape layout, so when you walk in, you can't see the bed. In fact, you would have to walk in from the door, pass the bathroom and washer/dryer, then the kitchen, make a first left to pass the dining/living area, ...
    and make a second left to get to the bed. I also enjoy a corner view window and a view of my neighbor's terrace one floor below me, don't think I live on a high floor, my building has terraces on the 4th floor (so I am on the fifth..). Can you believe they just decide to call this apartment studio #11?

    I live in a studio apartment on the 25th floor with a great view of the Empire State Building and the Highline. The apartment is small but it does have a bedroom area and a living room area. Not a lot of closet space, its a good apartment for a single person with a career. The staff is friendly. There are some common areas, a lounge on the 8th and 14th floors with great views that are well maintained. It's on the west side so its not too busy but it is close to a lot of restaurants and ...
