August 23, 2020I am being transferred to El Paso. I had only this weekend to find a place to live. I found out very quickly that there were only a hand full of apartment complexes that were open on Saturdays. I visited this complex because this web page said they were open. When I arrived at the complex the sign on the front of building said they were open. I tried to enter and to my dismay the door was locked. On window was letter that said they were only showing apartments by appointment. If they had stated ...that on this web page I would've made an appointment. How ever I did find a competitor who was open and I rented an apartment from them. So much for customer service. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine what it will be like once you are locked into a 12 month agreement. I understand the concerns about the virus. Love it thus far
July 29, 2017I'm writing this review after having lived here for 16 days. The place itself is new and polished. The kitchen is beautiful with the stainless steel appliances and marble counter-tops, thick carpets. I can't really hear my neighbors talk but I can definitely hear the sliding closet doors bang against the end of the sliding track. No problems as of maintenance as this place is new. Crickets do come in (I'm on the second floor) but that's probably more of an El Paso thing since it's so hot outside. ...The staff has been very helpful and professional but my interaction has been rather limited so I can't comment fairly besides that. My rent balances/payments/deposits have been accurately displayed so no complaints there. The gym is pretty decent for an apartment one. The clubhouse is super nice and clean. They have Starbucks ground coffee and tea if you're too cheap to own a Keurig. Laundry room is located behind the gym and has about 4 washing machines and 6 dryers; they take CCs or coins. If my experience continues to be this positive, and I haven't been fired from work, then I'd definitely renew my lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
