Awful management. Constant building issues
March 5, 2021Lived here for 2 years. Management only steps in when they want you to renew your lease. otherwise completely absent. Our water gets shut off randomly 5 times in the last month. Only one working elevator for 19 floors most of the time. A few residents blatantly flaunting covid rules and having parties and management doing nothing. It's really a shame because the employees are wonderful and really try their best to save this place and the unit itself is lovely (although very overpriced).Review from Apartments.com
Great staff, terrible customer service
February 25, 2021Team members are generally fantastic - especially the building engineers, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and sales. Property is centrally located and convenient to a number of grocery stores. Note that all of the shared facilities (gym, etc.) are closed right now. Customer service needs massive improvement. They will not lift a finger to address tenant concerns about heavy music/bass usage from your neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
