A Trap!!!!
August 19, 2024I’ve been living Here for a year and the pool has been closed 10 months out of the year The apartment is infested with roaches. There’s no exterminator the rent is high and the quality is low and when you bring it up to the front desk, they take it as a personal attack. I moved here from New Jersey and only saw pictures so I was easily tricked into signing a lease at Evelyn West cars are towed for no reason and the maintenance man are limited to what they can fix due to budget. My AC hasn’t been ...working all year and when this was brought up to the front office, they said that the AC units are old and this is supposed to be acceptable, dasmene residential is a complete joke run away and don’t get trapped hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 2, 2022Don’t even think of it. They will take your money! Had to give deposit before we could see unit. Walked into a very dirty unit with roaches everywhere! Suppose to be a gated complex but gates are missing. Very unsafe. Find someplace else! They still have our deposit only because it had to be given to see the apartment. Never moved it. HORRIBLE, THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE
May 17, 2021horrible grass maintenance, trash everywhere, broken roads, no access to your mail because the office is always close, the place and administration and horrendous, the apartments inside are filled with mold, infrastructure is about to collapse super terrible. The pictures posted on this page are fake, come and see it for yourself. I am warning you to not rent here, the rent is ridiculously high for a place that doesn't have any maintenance people working, I invite you to see our complex and you ...will see everything im writing, specially come at night. Or try calling and good luck getting a real person to speak to you. ZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2021I moved here from another city due to my job transfer, and boyyyy this place was a mess when i first got here. I moved in with my unit UNFINISHED , the only day i saw my actual unit was on move in day. I was shown someone else actual apartment, the property manager had changed TWICE since Just July 2020! And now there’s new property owners! (We’ll see) but this place is dirty . The management was terrible didnt follow up any any work orders . There’s holes in the walls , bugs , no safety! ...Shooting everyday , kids are all over in the street and throw thing at people cars, no security. And something is always broken in your place .
