Very quiet and peaceful complex. No pests, property is well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces. No vandalism as far as im aware of.

Leasing Office staff is great and personable, but Management needs to take immediate action on the random homeless people posting up and/Or digging through and defecating behind the dumpsters.

Avana is the best place to call home. The management is above board and they respond to issues swiftly. The place is kept tidy by an industrious staff.The amenities provided are second to none. As a resident you are treated with warmth and this makes one feel a sense of belonging. The front office ticks all boxes.
