All those 5 star reviews? No way. Those are absolutely fake reviews. Save your money, don’t get tied up with these people. They don’t care about the residents, the apartments and common areas are rundown, dirty and disgusting, they will refuse to refund you your deposit, also they will charge you ridiculous amounts of fees and extra utilities and hidden costs. Steer clear of them.

Avanti has no proper security to prevent any form of breaking and entering, hidden fees and company fine print that the manager does not disclose when viewing the property. After living here at Avanti for almost a full two years my family and I have come to an easy decision to relocate to a more permanent residence and one of which my business, time, and security is valued.

I cannot believe how beautiful it is to live here. I love my Apartment. It is perfect for me. I’m in the foothills on the West. The air is so clean!!! I have the best view of the City. Do I even need to mention any Casino, setting off a fireworks display! In the Winter, I have a view of the snowy mountain tops. If I want to see more, I just walk around the corner. I then have full view of the snowy mountains.

avanti apartments are good apartments to live at there quite, clean,and have a great view depending on apt location..the pool area is nice and residents are friendly....I have no complaints so far and enjoy my the living.
