July 16, 2024All those 5 star reviews? No way. Those are absolutely fake reviews. Save your money, don’t get tied up with these people. They don’t care about the residents, the apartments and common areas are rundown, dirty and disgusting, they will refuse to refund you your deposit, also they will charge you ridiculous amounts of fees and extra utilities and hidden costs. Any non-service questions/concerns the office has always been attentive, professional and willing to go the extra steps to resolve or answer questions/concerns. September 28, 2023I cannot believe how beautiful it is to live here. I love my Apartment. It is perfect for me. I’m in the foothills on the West. The air is so clean!!! I have the best view of the City. Do I even need to mention any Casino, setting off a fireworks display! In the Winter, I have a view of the snowy mountain tops. If I want to see more, I just walk around the corner. I then have full view of the snowy mountains. The Developments, above me are putting in the most lovely Parks and ...Promenades.
