don’t trust the hype, not what it seems
March 20, 2021The apartments have a defect in kitchen ventilation so regularly I smell burning oil and smoke in my apartment. The floors between the apartments are not very sturdy (I hear my neighbor’s every footstep and vibration). Another neighbor of mine has cigarette smoke fill his unit. So unless you are lucky and get mannered neighbors who actually read the house rules (this is why I gave them 3 stars instead of 2), this is a hard place to live. Management should do a better job of enforcing house ...rules. If you lease here, ask about the unit your moving in if they had any problems with adjacent neighbors and do not accept the “this is San Francisco and normal” because it is not acceptable answer — the house rules specifically state no smoking and no noise at night.
