October 29, 2025My experience as a resident has been great. When you need something done they come quick. The apartments are big and beautiful very spacious. They have a lot of fun things to do with the Avia community. Like wine and sip. They have donut day. Breakfast day. October 9, 2025Avia is the premier apartment complex in Short Pump. It is convenient to 64, 295, 288 and Broad Street. The grounds are kept beautifully. The apartments are updated with a good size balcony. Parking is convenient as well as an available dog park with washing station. The salt water pool is amazing and so is the gym.
