I love my apartment and this community, however, one thing that really bothers me is the scent machine at the gym. It is very strong and I think I might be allergic to it as I feel like I can’t breathe well when I’m in there. The apartment gym is part of the reason why I chose this apartment and I’m really disappointed that I can’t use the gym as much as I would like to. If it weren’t for that issue I would give five stars.

The neighbors here seem friendly and the office staff are also friendly. The overall appearance of the apartment upon moving in was really disappointing. The apartment was not cleaned well and I can tell that the last tenants were smokers. I was offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but I fear that they won’t do a good job. Some dead bugs were left on the floor and the the hall bathroom has mold/mildew present all over the ceiling. Also a lot of grime and dirt throughout.Not happy about my ...

decision and would break my lease if I didn’t move from NC. I guess the cost is for the convenience of the location. Would not recommed or make sure that they show you the exact apartment that you will be living in before you move in.

I have lived her for over five years. I love the space . Rent is slightly high but the space makes up for it. One thing I wish they would go back to is getting the filter for your ice on the fridge. They no longer supply it.
