It's in an excellent part of town, has great people, and the floor plans are spacious and relatively new. I would recommend to anyone looking in the west end for a quality apartment and an easy, straight-forward leasing experience. October 29, 2025My experience as a resident has been great. When you need something done they come quick. The apartments are big and beautiful very spacious. They have a lot of fun things to do with the Avia community. Like wine and sip. They have donut day. Breakfast day.
