October 29, 2025My experience as a resident has been great. When you need something done they come quick. The apartments are big and beautiful very spacious. They have a lot of fun things to do with the Avia community. Like wine and sip. They have donut day. Breakfast day. October 9, 2025Avia is the premier apartment complex in Short Pump. It is convenient to 64, 295, 288 and Broad Street. The grounds are kept beautifully. The apartments are updated with a good size balcony. Parking is convenient as well as an available dog park with washing station. The salt water pool is amazing and so is the gym. It’s near Short Pump, near a wide range of restaurants, shopping, the interstate, and it’s a nicer/safer/cleaner part of Richmond. The leasing office staff have all been extra helpful and accommodating. September 15, 2025We have really enjoyed our first three weeks here at Avia. Everything is great. There needs to be more pet waste stations located throughout the community. I have noticed that some people don’t pick up after their pet, and I think they would be more likely to if the waste stations were more readily available. Thanks!Property Manager Responded
