It’s near Short Pump, near a wide range of restaurants, shopping, the interstate, and it’s a nicer/safer/cleaner part of Richmond. The leasing office staff have all been extra helpful and accommodating. September 15, 2025We have really enjoyed our first three weeks here at Avia. Everything is great. There needs to be more pet waste stations located throughout the community. I have noticed that some people don’t pick up after their pet, and I think they would be more likely to if the waste stations were more readily available. Thanks!Property Manager Responded
