I have lived at Avondale for 4 years and have seen a great change in the complex. In the beginning there were problematic neighbors but under new management everything has become so much better thanks to the new manager Tony. The complex is peaceful, Thank you to all the neighbors as well for watching over each other. If you want to live in a place where you can feel safe, then this is the place for you!

We lived at Avondale apartments for almost 2 years, and the only reason we are leaving is because we are finally moving into our first home! We will miss living here. It was peaceful and beautiful. Tony (the property manager) was the kindest. Him and his daughter Marisa rescued our dogs when they escaped from our patio, and were even sweet enough to send us pictures of their awesome stay after they returned them to us lol We also appreciated his regular updated whether they were issues/concerns ...
