Marijuana and trash everywhere
October 22, 2024Marijuana is constantly being smoked in the public areas and staff does nothing about it. My neighbor was smoking and it was coming thru the vents so I decided to go to the lounge upstairs... only to find 2 guys on the patio smoking weed and the smell filtering into the lounge. Decided to leave the bldg so went down to my car in the garage....where there is trash littered everywhere, only to fund a dude smoking down there too. If the bldg actually enforced no smoking policies these dudes wouldn't ...be so easily and comfortably smoking all over the building. There is so much trash strewn around that there are fruit flies that have taken residence in the trash pipes that are now coming up the water drains.Property Manager Responded
