Be Prepared to Chase the Leasing Office Every Month

I have never had such a frustrating experience with an apartment community.
Since renewing my lease in January 2026, my rent has not displayed correctly in the Domuso app. Every month I have had to email or call the leasing office just to find out how much rent I owe because the amount never appears on my account. More than six months later, I am **still dealing with the same issue**, despite countless emails, follow-ups, and repeated assurances that it had been escalated and would be fixed.

worst part is that this issue has resulted in incorrect balances and late fees being added to my account through no fault of my own. Every month I have to worry about whether my rent is correct, whether my payment has been posted properly, and whether I'll be charged another late fee because their system isn't working. Instead of fixing the root cause, I have had to repeatedly visit the leasing office to explain the same issue and request that the late fees be removed. Since I work full-time, this has meant taking time off from work multiple times just to resolve a problem created by their own system. One visit is often not enough because the person who can resolve the issue is frequently unavailable.
Paying rent should take two minutes. Instead, it has become a monthly cycle of emails, waiting days for responses, worrying about incorrect balances and late fees, and making unnecessary trips to the leasing office. The amount of time, stress, and inconvenience this has caused is completely unacceptable.I have **months of email conversations and screenshots** documenting this issue.
If anyone knows how to escalate an issue like this beyond the leasing office or property management company, I would genuinely appreciate your advice. After more than six months of dealing with the same unresolved problem, I just want someone to permanently fix it.

Save your money, the amenities aren’t worth it. The apartment complex is beautiful but the management is not helpful. The app you use to pay rent is always having something wrong with it. The pool during the summer is a FREE PUBLIC for anyone that doesn’t even live here…..usually those people trash the pool area.

I’ve have multiple maintenance requests that just get ignored. There is a HUGE parking issue. Rarely find a place to park and now you have to park in a gnarly dirt lot that’s not even on the property. Pool privileges have now been taken away like we are children because of people using glass around the pool. Just tell people to stop don’t ruin it for everyone. Management has a power trip but they suck at managing. There was also a shooting early June.

First of all, there is not nearly enough parking for all of the paying Azure tenants, and that’s an understatement. Every evening I get home from work and have to circle around the apartment complex for an hour trying to find a parking spot, along with several other cars doing the same as well; however, there are multiple cars that you can tell haven’t been driven in a while and haven’t moved for months taking up the parking spaces. If we’re renting a 3-bedroom apartment, it’s not unreasonable to ...
think that there are several people living there and that the household probably has more than one car. We have two vehicles which I think is pretty average for an American household but the management only assigns one parking spot per apartment which would be fine if the complex had enough unassigned parking spots and it doesn’t. As a paying tenant, I shouldn’t have to park my truck somewhere in another apartment complex across the street or God knows where. We voiced our concerns to the management a few times and the response is always the same “purchase a garage”. I definitely would but the problem is the garages are just big enough to fit a golf cart, a motorcycle or a smaller size car. There is no way a truck or a larger SUV can even fit in the garages they offer, width- or height-wise. When we tell the management that, they don’t have a solution. This is just one of the infuriating problems not being taken care of at the Azure. Not to mention paying as much as we pay to live there and not being able to use the amenities included in the cost that we’re basically being charged for monthly. For example, the pool is open late but the gym is not so, as a person who has a job, my only option is to use the gym on my one day off (provided there are appointments available on that day)because it closes at 6 pm and I get off work at 5:30 pm. Why am I paying for something I can’t use?! They advertise Azure as “the largest and most luxurious” resident community when, in reality, they should probably advertise as apartments for people who like overpaying for amenities they can’t use, and who like parking outside of the apartment complex and walk home praying your car won’t get towed overnight. If you’re one of those people, this place is definitely for you but I would not recommend it to anyone until these and other issues I didn’t even mention because they’re already mentioned in other reviews improve. The management doesn’t care as long as you pay your rent on time.

We have had continuous issues with loud music from our neighbors for months now but yet we, the complaint, is asked to continuously call security and better yet, we were given the option to move to another unit. Office staff is completely rude. Amenities are not available for use. You need a reservation to even go in the office. High rent price. Not worth it. Save yourself and find another place to live. The community lights go on and off all night outside making for a very UNSAFE environment. There is random cars parked in the parking lot that have not moved for months. I've seen peoples car tires slashed. I've been woken up to people fighting/yelling outside. Just don't do it.

I would love to set up a meeting to discuss your specific concerns. Currently, due to COVID-19 regulations, the office is open by appointment only, as well as the gym. Our dog spa is open as well. We hope one day we can open fully again! Regarding the lights, we have light checks performed often and have addressed all the lights we are aware of. I haven't had any reports of tires being slashed, but we do provide 24 security patrol for anyone needing after hours assistance. Please let me know if there is anything we can do for you. Thank you!
