August 18, 2022Was talked and ran in circles by leasing agent and property manager. Little to no reciprocation in communication and voicemails were never answered, as well as emails. Unit was not ready by move in dateReview from Apartments.com
Not the greatest apartments
September 13, 2020Apartment is nice and like the area and the shopping nearby. Apartment amenities are decent. Apartments have hardly any storage and parking is so bad that people park in your assigned parking spot. Can hear neighbors fighting and constantly slamming front doors...the walls are thin. I have lived in quieter apartments. Won’t be signing another lease here.Review from Apartments.com
It’s ok
March 20, 2020We moved here from California and needed a place quickly. This place is good if you need a place fast. The staff are friendly, and that’s a huge plus. The parking here is horrible! If you have more than one vehicle, forget about parking. If you like to park close to your unit, good luck. During this pandemic, they were kind enough to send an email with an attachment of where to find a new job. So helpful...have to be honest and say it made me feel a little put off. ¯\_ (?)_/¯ As long as they ...get their money. It’s all that matters I guess. Overall, it’s a place to live. The boulders Apartments!
July 23, 2015This is one awesome place to live, the amenities are great here and reasonable. Having a clubhouse that constantly has free coffee and food is pretty sweet. They have fun games throughout the year were you have chances to win prizes like gift cards and money! I have never heard of a place that did that before until I moved into the boulders and I haven't regretted it since. Its always clean around here the workers are extremely nice and help you whenever you need it. The pool is also pretty ...amazing and big. For all of these extras they don't make you pay for them which of course is the best part of living in the boulders. Being a college student and looking for reasonable prices was difficult, but stumbling onto the boulders showed me it wasn't impossible and that's why I love the boulders apartment's.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Boulders Apartments!!!
July 20, 2015The Boulders Apartments on summit ridge Dr have been great to my family and I ever since we started looking for a new home! Their staff is super friendly and really makes it feel like its your home. The amenities are great (gym is huge, great size pool and spa which are always clean, and I love the kitchen area in the clubhouse where they offer free coffee, drinks, and even food!) Not to mention our two bedroom apartment has the biggest rooms that I have seen so far in the reno area including a ...washer and dryer in the home. I would not choose another apartment complex in reno!
