Leaks and Floors
July 2, 20211. 3+ leaks every other month 2. The hallway floors sink and creak when walking through 3. The pool never opens unless the manger wants to 4. The balconies are just so unsave the fence is literally BENDING. Begging to fall down. 5. Homeless are surrounding the area making it also unsave and just disgusting.Review from Apartments.com
Pool and spa is open only a few times a year
August 25, 2017I have lived in this building for 7years and the pool and spa in open only when the manager wants, obviously when they open the pool is crowded. You have you be super nice and polite to the people in the office otherwise if they are not in a good mood (which is often) they will treat you so bad. It is sad but is for real.Review from Apartments.com
