I went from owning to renting and appreciate the low amount of maintenance at this phase. From touring to moving in, I was done in 3 days and the process was expedient because of the exceptional customer service. I toured 4 properties the day I came to Baileys and what really sold me was the customer service because that is a factor I will have ...to deal with throughout my time here.
