August 22, 2022Baker Block is great with some minor tweaks it could be better. Staff should be more engaging with residence, get out walk the gym, pool, parking structure, ask people about their experiences in person. Assigned parking would be ideal, Blue Sol does it and works perfect. Over all BB is a fun safe place to live!!Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022Baker Block has been a HUGE upgrade to where we have been living previously. We have friends who live in the building and we all absolutely love it. Everything is clean, safe, and respected by other tenants.
