charged me without any communication. I would have polity declined such a absurd time scale and let them choose the next applicant, but instead they charged me, I even told the lady up front that we were not interested in moving in that fast but were looking for 2 week time frame. She assured us that we would not be charged unless we took the apartment, and to fill out the application in case no one else was qualified. The person showing and giving the false information, and the management behind the scenes do seem to have a disconnect in communication. What one employee says and does, does not indeed affect how they do business. Good luck to future renters here!
