January 3, 2026I have been here for about two years and it is still my favorite apartment complex I have lived in. December 26, 2025Right from the time I first walked into the leasing office to find out about apartments, I was struck by the friendly courtesy of the staff: Stephanie, Thomas and Tyler: who pull together as a team when it comes to welcoming new residents into BC. They responded to my gazillion questions and made the entire move-in process very smooth. Wonderful and amazing people! Really love this place
December 10, 2025If you’re looking for a place where you can truly feel at peace, Bancroft is exactly that. We’ve been living here for 3 years, and we’re staying mainly because we’ve never experienced better management anywhere else! Tyler is absolutely exceptional. Any time I have a question or an issue, he takes care of it immediately. There hasn’t been a single time when my request was ignored or unresolved — he always finds a solution (sometimes even 101 solutions!).
