Bancroft Lofts is an amazing place to live; perfect blend of city life (Train in close proximity) to country as it is in one minute of Farm pond park! Responsive maintenance team, as well as extremely pet friendly and modern. I could not ask for better!

Move-in was smooth—management communicated clearly, paperwork was straightforward, and the unit was spotless on arrival. The high ceilings and oversized windows make the space bright, and the finishes (especially the flooring and kitchen appliances) feel higher-end than typical Framingham rentals. ...

Wonderful apartments. Wonderful amenities. Wonderful staff. The walls and ceilings are a little thin if that’s a deal breaker for you, but a white noise machine on low covers it pretty well. Still great for the size and price
