This has been a learning experience for sure, cheap does not mean better! There is an issue with mice, I’ve called to get the holes in my unit patched and no one has ever came. These apartments are raggedy, falling apart and the maintenance does not care! My garbage disposer has been broke for weeks and the walls are literally peeling. No central air, mold, just an uncomfortable environment.

mouse crawled on me while sleeping. these apartments are old and raggedy. they are filled with mice. no matter how many traps u buy and how many mice u catch they will keep coming. u will never not have one in your apartment. they will be in your bed, on your stove literally everywhere. they chew under the heaters and under the kitchen cabinets. when u tell the rent office they give u weak traps they dont work and thats it. problem is never solved. no matter how clean your apartment is you will ...

My apartment unit is SEVERELY INFESTED WITH ROACHES, to the point that they are throughout my entire apartment (my refrigerator, my mattress, my and my children's clothing toys, and also in my furniture). I have reported this to the leasing office months ago and the issue has worsened. I have had to dispose of food in my refrigerator because there were Roaches in it. I have ...
been told that an exterminator has been out, but there is no evidence of that. I am in the process of looking for another place for myself and my children to live.

These apartments are old and need to be renovated. They worst part about these apartments is the laundry facility that never works. After the machine steals your money you have to try another one and guess to see if a different machine works. Rental office customer service sucks. Then you put in request to have something done in you unit it goes unnoticed. The staff arrogant get nasty and smart with you on the phone. Then when you call to complain about neighbors nothing is done about it they tell you to put it in writing. There is no carpet on the floors, no walk-in closets, bedrooms small, people do have pets in there units, not to mention they claim they don't take section 8 vouchers but they do and they have people with mental ...
