Not only are you close to BART and the major freeways BUT
Management is alway keeping a watchful eye out for it's tenants!
No random people just walking around the complex. No one taking your parking space because their "cousin" decided to visit.
The people that live here are respectful and watch out for one another,
Management follow up on repairs and when the maintenance guys does not do his job Management follows up and works with you to make sure it gets done.
No place is perfect unless ...
your own home so this is as good as it gets.

One of the worst places to live, even for your own guess. Tenants & Guest are subject to harassment and verbal abuse when entering and exiting building "who are you, where you going" comments from management and a random person on motorized cart video recording with his phone.
Renters beware, you have been warned, if your looking into this location to live save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
