June 8, 2023Parking policy changed mid lease although many units have boats and RV’s I’m being told I need to get rid of my 3rd car. Pool is late to open due to “repairs” a second year in a row. Neighbor noise is horrible and you can hear everything. Many units have dead grass and garbage on patio areas. Very poorly kept and some units have vehicles in lawn. I would never recommend this property to anyone.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2023Bass Lake Townhomes' Rivergate layout is wonderful with the wooded view from the patio. The setup is nice but lacks a pantry. The management is staffed with very nice people that have been living on site for awhile. Only main complaint is that the pool needs to be taken care of so it can actually be filled and used. April 6, 2023I am in my 6th year here and my overall experience has been great. I just wish they would consider updating both the inside and outside of my townhome. The backyard is awful, especially this time of year. It's heavily shaded and grass will not grow so it's an eye sore to look out my sliding glass door. I love my location and how I have woods in my backyard. Please consider getting rid of the ugly carpet and putting flooring in and also new lighting. I have great neighbors and most of the people ...in the community are great. Overall I have enjoyed living here but with raising the rent every year but not making any improvements it's hard to balance that out.Property Manager Responded
