    These apartments are not remodeled as advertised! When I moved into my apartment, there was still trash and mess from the previous tenants and empty beer bottles from maintenance.

  • RATS, ROACHES, AND NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT

    Rats in almost all buildings, roaches and snakes. Maintenance is incompetent and management has no power to fix things. Corporate office is in another state and they treat the place like slums. First week I had a raccoon fall thru my roof. No help from maintenance I was told by management to just call animal control. Don’t get me started on the Rats they are huge asked climb walls. I asked for months for holes that the rats left to be patched and all they did was put poison down. Also central ac ...

    Mii Apt is ok it's not the best the rent is extremely high for the way the apt is very old needs a lot of work I've been there 8 years only because I like the schools mii. Kids have been going to the same school so I would hate for them to switch it needs some attention there trust me
