My wife and I have recently renewed our lease at Bay Breeze apartments for a third year. The apartment complex has been a wonderful place to live. The main reason is because of the full-time staff they have on premise. The team has been friendly and quickly responds to questions or maintenance concerns. Hurricane Ian was devastating to the area and our apartment complex. Rachel and Tammy at Bay Breeze did an amazing job at restoring all essentials as quickly as possible. Under these extreme ...
conditions, they were respectful and did everything they could to help to deal with the aftermath of the storm. They were remarkably quick at hiring outside contractors to remodel all the lower-level units to a higher standard. Where other apartment complexes are still recovering, Bay Breeze continues to elevate their property as a great place to live.
We want to specially recognize that maintenance team as they work hard to ensure everything is working properly. They have recently replaced all our Air Conditioning Units, Garage Doors Openers and recently installed smart-home door locks and thermostats. They have been great to work with and I appreciate them keeping our building clean, safe, and working as intended. - Jim & Tracy
