A Place to Call Home
March 25, 2022We have lived here 3 plus years. The management and staff has made this a place we can call home. They always strive to maintain our place inside and outside. Love the staff
September 13, 2021I can’t even express how amazing the staff is at Bay Harbor. Melody is always so helpful even with my personal life!! But honestly, all the ladies are so fantastic! Any issue I’ve had, which have been a few, were address immediately and professionally. They have all become more like friends than anything else. Moving here from Wisconsin was a huge transition and they have made it so I feel right at home. I literally can’t say enough positive things about these ladies, because they always go above ...and beyond. I love their cheerful attitudes, and the positive vibes they give. excellent place to live
April 29, 2021My wife and I have lived at Bay Harbor for 13 years and have enjoyed this friendly community of courteous neighbors. The office staff and manager are friendly and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Bay Harbor is a very quiet, peaceful community and is pet-friendly with a lovely pet play area, as well as a beautiful, well-lit walking path abound the pond. The landscaping and pool area is always maintained. The close location of so many stores, shops, and restaurants makes Bay Harbor ...an ideal place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Be very careful with your decision
April 6, 2021Well after 3 months of living here we have had on going issues. One right after the other. First our garage door wouldn't open and we kept filling tickets out repeatedly and thier only fix was putting a piece of cardboard over the camera because of to much sunlight. This in turn cost me about 600-1000$ worth of work while they tried to fix this ( still having issues with the garage door) secondly everything is falling apart in our apartment we have had nothing but issues with just about ...everything to the point that I just fix it on my own because the maintenance crew is either over worked or just doesn't have the knowledge to fix the issues. After talking to other residents we aren't the only ones having these issues at all and it seems like all they do is put bandaids on stuff that really needs to be repaired. We moved in without looking at the apartment which was our fault we scrambled to find a place after our first one fell through and bay harbor really helped in that aspect Yolanda is awesome as well as everyone else in the front office. But beyond that I would recommend a 6 month lease if your trying to move to the area for work and find something that isn't in bad conditions as this place is. Unfortunately, we are stuck with a year lease but we definitely will not be renewing it and I can name about 6 other tenants that won't be either.Property Manager Responded

I have lived here almost 5 years
November 5, 2020Bay Harbor has a very friendly feel, I know almost all of my neighbots and all of the staff. The staff is super friendly and very quick to respond with any questions or concners. The biggest thing for me being a single girl and moving here alone was to feel safe. I definitely have always felt safe here. Its a little pricey for somewhat outdated ameninities but the location is worth it. I would reccomend bay harbor for anyone relocating to Fort Myers or in the area wanting to find a GREAT ...location and safe place!Property Manager Responded

Just moved in and LOVE it.
January 22, 2020I really took my time and looked at a lot of places before choosing Bay Harbor. I'm retired so I spend a lot of time at home and even drove through the community at night to make sure it was a good fit! I've been settled in for a good couple months now and have 0 complaints. Worst
March 21, 2019Office staff is not honest. When I lived there there were no maintenance for months, there were renters that were without air conditioning for a month in August, pool was not clean. There was a musky smell every time the air-conditioner ran. There was a fire in the apartment next to me. They left a huge dumpster in the parking lot in front of our apartment for a month for the cleanup that also became a trash dump to people. Trash was always piled all over outside the dumpster. The sink ...in the bathroom was so rusted and they wouldn’t fix it it was disgusting. When you move out they tell you they’ll contact you with the final bill but they don’t they won’t reply to emails. But then you’ll get a letter that it’s in collections and you’ve been dinged for stuff in the apartment they won’t explain.Property Manager Responded
