Sanctuary from the rising rent tide in Seattle!
July 23, 2015
Close to downtown and right around the corner from a Level 1 trauma center, this building has some of the lowest, if not THE lowest rents in Seattle. I pay less than $1350, including basic utilities here, for a 2 bedroom apartment. It's next to impossible to find even a 1 bedroom for that price anywhere in or near downtown! Quiet building and good manager makes this a good find. And it's good for people watching with the cast of characters that stroll along around here!
