Lived here for 3+ years. Enjoyed living here. However there are quite a few things that are not good. Onto why it’s one star I got my truck broken into once, the fire alarms went off way more frequent then anywhere else I have lived, and worst of all when I moved out I went and talked to the management about what I owe them when I moved out they said x amount. I paid that amount and went on with my move to another city. Now after 6 months I am getting a call from a collection agency about a bill ...
that I hadn’t paid. I never was called by bay vista the only call I ever got was to verify that I turned in the keys. They didn’t even know that. This has not been a good experience and I advise you do not stay there.
