The condo parking garage was broken into 3am on 3/20/2017, multiple cars were vandalized, and my 2014 BMW X6 was stolen. I say broken into, but it was more like compromised by someone with an access clicker. There is video surveillance of two people walking right in. May have even been an inside job.
The building is very lax with security so of course no one saw them come in or paid any attention. In fact, the place is a ghost town at night, by policy the valet and the concierge both check out ...
at 11pm so there's no one around except one security guard who clearly doesn't do a good job of monitoring things.
With access to the parking garage, these criminals could have easily gained access to the rest of the building, the doors are wide open, and the stairways easily climbed to get to residents' units.
Personally I feel very unsafe in this building now. I would not recommend anyone living here, buying or renting. The manager Alex, is essentially unresponsive to emails and rarely answers or returns calls to his cell phone. I'm honestly not sure anything will ever change here, so buyer / resident beware. If you don't feel safe in your home, why even consider living here?
