It's not ok!!! They advertise for rent and no one ever answers... when they do answer they tell you to call back in minutes and DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS!!! THEY SUCK

This place is generally very quiet. Good neighborhood in a great location. Great deal for the quiet, great location. However, manager Norma-Linda is terrible, rude and never helpful. Maintenance man Roberto is lazy and also rude and will do just about anything to get out of not fixing something correctly. He is very argumentative as well. I finally moved out because I bought a house. This place would be a slice of heaven if they replaced the manager, maintenance man or they had a chance in ...

Bayshore park was great,we only moved out because of a death in our family.The place is very clean &well maintained.The manager,Ms.Linda is very kind& helpful.We really miss the place!
