Bayside court apartment is a great place to live, I have been here more than theee years and I love it. Management is good and now with Roger on the team things are getting better, he is always polite, and get things done right the first time, last couple days he has been making the community appearance look better I saw him and his team laying mulch painting and next day early morning blowing the leaves of the breezeways, seems like with him the community is going to look great always. interior of the apartments are very spacious, maintenance has gotten better, location: very good location to shoppings and the best part minutes away from the beach.

Bayside Court Apartments are truly a great place to live. The office staff, (Barbara, Jeannine, and Sam) are always friendly and up front about anything you ask. The grounds are well landscaped and the upkeep is fantastic. Neighbors are friendly and approachable and respect one another. Parking is ample, and the lighting maintains a safe atmosphere. I met Jeanne who is probably one of the most pleasant person on the planet! Jeannine and Barbara deserve gold medals for how attentive, considerate, and supportive they were throughout the application/move-in process. They have SO MUCH going on around them and with corporate, yet they still take the time to get to know you and do everything they can to make things work for you. The management team here seriously made a difference when it came time to choose a community. Bayside Court is beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. I’m seriously excited to be part of this community.

Horrible office personnel ruined rental experience

The before signing the lease process was inefficient and it was always hard to get a concrete answer from anyone in the office about policies. A lot of turnover created confusion and every time we had questions it was I’ll get back to you with that answer because it wasn’t listed in the lease and no one would ever return the call or visit. Chelsea made false accusations and was unprofessional on multiple occasions. At one point she put a note on my door for a 7 day notice of eviction for breaking ...

the terms of my lease with an unlisted tenant. When confronted about this note she said someone in my building was reported putting disrespectful notes on someone’s scooter regarding parking. Chelsea assumed this was my military boyfriend and put this notice of eviction to try to remedy the parking note issue. I discussed the eviction notice with her and the accusations of the notes was brought up and she soon figured out it was not my boyfriend and it was someone in another building. She never apologized for her unprofessional behavior. Chelsea was especially unpleasant and upon discussing options with her at the time of move out our party was charged $1,000 with obscure fees such as “Acid Wash” for the tile floors and AC coil cleanings. When disputing these charges after the certified mail was delivered Willam never returned my calls or emails and always said he would get back to me to explain a $200 charge for “Accelerated Rent” which Chelsea never explained during our long conversation about move our policies. After not contacting me to follow up about the obscure charges that were normal wear and tear they sent my bill to collections and would only reply with “make the check out to “Bayside Court”. Overall an incredibly unpleasant renting experience with office personnel.

My husband and I sold our home and decided to downsize and looked at MANY apartments before deciding on Bayside Court. We chose this property because the first impression driving in is that it is a very well kept property. The apartment itself is very well laid out with large rooms and updated styles. Our first impression has proven to be right as we have been there for a couple of months now and know we made the right decision on this property. We have had one maintenance issue and that ...
