Goldmark is wonderful, and PlaceOne management is great. There is some small issues, but overall I love my apartment and will be staying for a while. Amenities are good, and the buildings have improved a lot since I moved in.

Great area! Close to everything. Gym and beautiful park across the street. Apartments are spacious and management is good at taking care of maintenance items in a timely manner. Management could be more aware of who they rent to to keep current residents happy and safe.
