September 13, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place may LOOK nice on the inside BUT leasing never mentioned roaches as roommates during your lease . I am spending too much money on roach spray, combat gels, and not only are you battling unwanted roommates you have to deal with Waterbugs as well. And not the small ones either . These things get as big as your big toe smh. Find somewhere else. They mention getting bedbug coverage, but there needs to be a roach coverage with the renter insurance you get on your place.

Staff do not care about the tenants, maintenance will never be done or followed up on, and there are cops in the neighborhood daily. I've had packages stolen, I've had staff give me nothing but attitude when I go in, and I've had water damage all year with nobody trying to fix it. They ignore service calls. And watch out when you move out, they are crooked. Made up charges and couldn't show me proof and told me they are keeping my security deposit and had the nerve to call and said I owe a balance for stuff that wasn't even true. Tell me how an already clean stove that they "supposedly" had to have professional cleaned and ...broken (cheap Walmart) blinds cost $275.00 dollars?
