MOST UTILITIES INCLUDED, FREE CARPORT AND LOTS OF EXTRA FREE PARKING. The Beach House is located ½ a mile from the surf & sand. Our community has 2 sparkling pools, 2 relaxing spas, a dry sauna, fully equipped fitness center, chef approved BBQ's and bike cages. We also have 5 laundry facilities throughout the community for your convenience. We feature studio and One Bedroom homes: Studio homes come with 1 assigned carport (although there is plenty of uncovered unassigned space to accommodate a 2nd vehicle or guests), built-in microwave, stove, refrigerator, built-in nightstand and shelving and LOTS of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. Finishing touches such as crown and base molding with 2-tone paint, Quartz counter tops, mirror wardrobe closet doors, vinyl wood flooring throughout to complete the look of your home. One Bedrooms are equipped with 1 assigned carport (although there is plenty of uncovered unassigned space to accommodate a 2nd vehicle or guests), built-in microwave, stove, dishwasher, walk in closet, private patio or balcony, and LOTS of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom. Finishing touches such as crown and base molding with 2-tone paint, Quartz counter tops, large walk in closet and vinyl wood flooring throughout. The standard deposit is $1000 on approved criteria. We PAY MOST UTILITIES including: water, sewer, trash, and gas. There are no additional monthly costs for amenities or parking. Beautiful Apartments
August 12, 2015The Beach House Apartments is a nice place to live, the area is beautiful, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We live in a studio apartment with my husband and we love it so far. The only thing that is missing is washer and dryer inside the apartment. Another negative point would be that the apartments and the kitchen is little bit older. The management is friendly and helpful. I do suggest The Beach House Apartments overall.Review from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015The Beach House is a great apartment complex. You can walk or bike less than 5 minutes to the beautiful part of Newport Beach. Everything is around you. Shopping centers, major supermarkets, bus stations even hospitals and a lot of walk in clinics. The complex is calmer than other Newport places. Buildings has vintage looking design, 2 swimming pools, 2 hot pools and barbecue places. Everybody has their own designated parking spot and it has surprisingly a lot of guess parking areas.
