Low quality apartments whose residents don't treat dogs for fleas
October 15, 2019
Walls are paper thin, any and every sound can be heard through and to neighboring apartments. A lot of the residents are old and grouchy if they hear a tv through the walls (barely at an audible volume). A tenant next to me had insane fleas in their home and they wound up somehow infesting my apartment with no pets. Taylor is a decent property manager though. Rent was reasonable when I lived there. Save yourself some time and find somewhere else to live.

loved the place i was there for 7 years and miss it had to leave because of my job. the place is quiet and they have the best staff any where. Taylor the manager is great.when my job is up i will be moving back there, it is home.

Wonderful Community

Friendly staff, low security deposit, close to shopping, private patios, and plenty of parking. Love the pool, playground, and gazebo renting for parties. Sadly there is no gym nor recycling pickup, but they did just add "Central Bark" dog park.

Beach Villas

I really love this apartment. It is convenient to the beach, the mall, and the grocery store. I am 15 minutes away from work if I drive and if I take the bus, 45 minutes. Maintenance is done quickly, upon request. The rent is s little on the high side, but worth it. I wouldn't move, if I didn't have to do so. It's a nice little apartment home community.
