Poorly kept
November 20, 2024Management doesn’t do the correct steps to maintain this building up the company standards. I understand Lakia does not have a technician on site to assist with these issues, but it is her building and I believe she should’ve told her responsibilities as manager to not only look after residence, but also maintain the building meanwhile, they look for a technician while she was showing me around the building residence would come up to her and ask her questions and she would dismiss them rudely and ...would explain to me which residents were “characters” I felt really uncomfortable getting out from there and even though I did not get the job, I would not have accepted it because of the management of the building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
