Its a good place to live, very clean, the staffs are very friendly and quick but sometimes they take some time, the only reason I gived 4 because sometimes the noise are to much.

Nothing good about it. Needs a lot of changes, renovations and secure door entry because people's steal packages and other items. Tenant smokes weed in unit and it it travels up the vents.

As a resident of Beacon Hill Apartments, I find the location very convenient, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants, repair shops, metro, buses, and many facilities. Parks, pools, and playgrounds are well maintained, and overall community services are good. However, I have serious concerns: many neighbors smoke marijuana, which affects our children’s health; and one neighbor keeps several dogs that bark loudly, especially at night, disturbing our kids’ sleep and making them afraid.

Certain rules need to be enforced. Such as grills, working on cars, dogs off leash, security could be better. The landscaping people are great, and most of the maintenance people are really good and efficient.

I WANT TO LET YOU THAT MY MOTHER HAS BEEN LIVING THERE SINCE 1996 AND I MOVED IN WITH HER IN 2007. MY MOTHER LOVES LIVING THERE AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE AREA, EXCEPT WHEN SHE WAS TOLD THAT SHE COULDN'T HANG HER PLANTS ON THE BALCONY. IT'S VERY CONVINIENT TO CLOSE BY GROCERIES STORES AND RESTAURANTS.
