October 5, 2025Nothing good about it. Needs a lot of changes, renovations and secure door entry because people's steal packages and other items. Tenant smokes weed in unit and it it travels up the vents.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2025As a resident of Beacon Hill Apartments, I find the location very convenient, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants, repair shops, metro, buses, and many facilities. Parks, pools, and playgrounds are well maintained, and overall community services are good. However, I have serious concerns: many neighbors smoke marijuana, which affects our children’s health; and one neighbor keeps several dogs that bark loudly, especially at night, disturbing our kids’ sleep and making them afraid.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025I WANT TO LET YOU THAT MY MOTHER HAS BEEN LIVING THERE SINCE 1996 AND I MOVED IN WITH HER IN 2007. MY MOTHER LOVES LIVING THERE AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE AREA, EXCEPT WHEN SHE WAS TOLD THAT SHE COULDN'T HANG HER PLANTS ON THE BALCONY. IT'S VERY CONVINIENT TO CLOSE BY GROCERIES STORES AND RESTAURANTS.Property Manager Responded
