The Best Place to Live!

This is my second year living here at Beacon Suites and I am already planning on living here a third. The staff is so friendly and knows everyone by name. I love that it is walking distance from all of my classes. The parking is guaranteed because they have a spot for each bed instead of each room so there is no need in buying a parking pass for on campus. I also love the free prints and having a washer and dryer in my apartment.

This place and the staff here are amazing. Love the provided amenities as well as the close distance to MSU, in which you can easily walk or hop on to the Bear Line that is located right outside the leasing office. The staffs are always friendly, helpful and very quick response to issues. Additionally, the staff actually remember who you are! Overall, this place is a great place to stay and I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes to stay within a close distance from MSU :)

They will $20 you on everything when you check out. They will charge $20 for any little dirt/dust. The bathtub was dirty when my son moved in, it was acknowledge by staff but yet at check out they charged $20 for the tub being dirty by the way, the stain was not coming clean. Danielle would not except any explanation! Nothing she could do! Another $20 because we forgot to take the remaining milk jug and 2 bottles of beer out of the refrigerator , Come on! They are petty and not willing to ...

Beacon's location is the number one reason why I rented here, but all the other amenities we get is the reason I'm staying for a second year! Coffee, printing, the workout room, and the study rooms. The apartments are really nice, too! The management is really nice and always open to talk to you, but I have had problems with the mantannience and the wifi a lot.

We strive to respond to work orders immediately and always invite our residents to please let us know if something is not working properly. Would you mind coming to the office to chat with us further? As for the internet, I can’t give a lot of detail without first knowing in which building you reside, as the internet is a little different in each building. That said, while we haven’t made a formal announcement, we are in the process of upgrading the internet and look forward to sharing that with everyone when there’s more detail to pass on specific to the timeframe of when everything should be complete. I've lived at Beacon Springfield for two years now. I have loved my time at Beacon. The management staff is friendly and fun. We have fun events throughout the year. The inclusive nature of student housing is so convenient and made my life (and moving) a lot easier and less stressful. Beacon is just a block of MSU's campus so walking to classes saved me the money and time of being a commuter (hello no parking!). I would move back into Beacon in a heartbeat if I wasn't graduating! I have lived at Beacon for 2.5 years and seriously have nothing bad to say! I moved here after leaving the dorms and the transition was so easy. Not only do they have fully furnished units, but utilities, water, sewer, and trash are also included. They are only a block from campus and are part of the Orange Bearline route. They do resident activities too including breakfast during finals week, BBQs, and many others. The management is so helpful and easy to talk to along with their maintenance ...

team. A big thing that really drew me to Beacon was the security, fitness center, and lounge. Beacon is fully gated and locked throughout the day and night with security cameras around the property. The fitness center is very up to date with their equipment including treadmills, bikes, free weights, and machines. The lounge not only is a great place to study, but also offers free printing. They really make you feel welcome and want to get to know their residents! :) I highly recommend moving to this apartment!

This is probably the best student living complex in the Springfield area. The apartments are super nice, and everyone gets their own HUGE bathroom. The management has always been super friendly with any problem I experienced and the maintenance is phenomenal. I can't say enough nice things about Beacon.

Beacon has been awesome! It's super close to campus so I can walk if I don't want to wait for the bearline. There's free coffee, free printing, and a nice fitness center. Rent is cheap for everything that's included. The staff is always really friendly and maintenance always comes out for work orders. I couldn't imagine a better place to live!

I have lived at Beacon for almost 2 years now and have renewed my lease for a 3rd year. Management is great, they do what they can to accommodate their residents' needs. They are constantly putting events on for their resident, such as free breakfast, lunch, ice cream social, and even a free drawings for cool prizes like an Apple TV or iPad. I love how close it is to campus I usually walk or ride my bike, but the Bear Line that stops right outside my apartment is a blessing on rainy or snow days. ...

In the 2 years I've been here I've never paid anything other than my rent. I have my own bedroom and bathroom, access to cable in my bedroom and a completely furnished apartment, the only things I needed to bring when I moved in was my mattress, shower currant, and pots, pans, plates etc. I'm gonna hate when I have to move after I graduate from Missouri State
