    I've lived at Bear Creek Studios for 2 years and I absolutely love it. The staff is excellent and very professional and friendly. They do quarterly inspections, take care of the property, have fun resident functions, and always get work orders done the same day they are given. Very impressed with Maddy and Delanie. Any problem I have ever had has been handled quickly and professionally. Plus, they give you free wi-fi!! The landry facility has brand new front loader washer and dryers also. ...

    The area is very quiet and safe, but still central enough to make getting around quick and convenient. The apartments themselves are great. I love the split floor loft design and the courtyard is beautiful and well maintained. All of the windows open into the courtyard, which is always very well lit so I feel very safe at night. Everyone is very respectful and friendly. Both management and maintenance are very responsive and have quickly resolved the couple of minor problems I’ve had. Overall, ...

    The staff are very responsive from applying through now as a resident. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, and I love that they have such a beautiful, well-kept courtyard (I'm in Bear Creek Studios)! The place is clean and conveniently located to the Tech's law school. Highly recommend!

    I've lived at the Bear Creek apartments for about a year and a half and don't have any complaints! The management is as nice as they come. They are very helpful! It's a very quiet complex and I have always felt very safe. To top it off, it's only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop that goes to Tech!
