The office is incredibly hard to get a hold of email or calling there is raccoons everywhere trash everywhere. Cars are constantly broken into and apartments. Not to mention my entire time living here Pitbulls are on the restricted list but there’s a giant pitbull that runs back-and-forth above me all day long and nothing is done about it. they want to up rent constantly, but refused to make any upgrades or repairs yet. Rent is constantly going up. all of the appliances are outdated. The counters are outdated. My carpet has been the same my entire time of living here when I moved in it was used as well. they refused to fix my hot water heater for almost a year which caused me to have almost a $2000 electric bill from it constantly running. this has been the worst nightmare of my life I dealt with the no AC and all of the loud neighbors all of the crime all of the them ignoring emails and calls to keep my kids in olentangy schools but this place has been a nightmare not once not twice, but three times they have tried to kick us out because I asked for my AC to be fixed this time they’re kicking us out and will not answer me or give me a reason they are straight up, ignoring me, like me and my kids lives don’t matter when we’ve been here almost 6 years. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to be ignored devalued old appliances, no updates and little to no concern for safety, cleanliness or well-being and constant rent water sewage trash removal prices going up! I cried begged and pleated, said they can do an inspection they can up my rent. I will do whatever they want to stay and my request was completely and ignored. They are uncompassionate, and this was out of nowhere with no reason or cause. I was moved to month to month with so proof of lease or notice I have had MANY packages stolen

or family to proceed in working with them at any time in the future.
