pest control
September 10, 2020Roaches and mice. Not much more to say about that. Been here for almost 3 years. The last 8months have been bad. Stay away they don't care to use professional pest control. The superintendent drops traps and leaves it for the renters to clean up.Review from Apartments.com

November 25, 2019Parking is horrible. Residents on top make too much noise on the floor dropping things and stomping on floor. Laundry Unit is old definitely needs to be renovated.Review from Apartments.com

beautiful apartment but horrible parking
June 14, 2019I absolutely love my apartment. it's spacious and kept up very nicely. office staff is very friendly i havent had a issue at all. minor issues is the laundry unit in the basement could use some updating. also if you own a car good luck finding parking and constantly getting parking ticket. Rain or snow they give tickets for street cleaning. this complex is very safe and in a family friendly neighborhood. the maintenance man dosnt know much English but hes supper sweet and friendly, always arrives ...to fix something asap and constantly walking around the complex. he definitely goes above and beyond to keep the building clean and safe and makes sure no strange activity is happening. ive been here going on 2 years and havent had any issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
