I just moved in to the BelAire Apartments in Lakewood, CO and so far the property has been immaculate. Everything is kept very clean in the common spaces, and they have huge open hallways which makes moving in so much easier. Parking is easily accessible, and my unit has yet to have any issues. The tall ceilings help it to feel more open, but the AC can still cool things down very quickly. Great kitchen space with a very deep sink and center island for entertaining guests. Ample sized balcony ...
which I'll be putting a planter and herb garden in once I check with the staff. All of the cabinets have the non slam closing feature, and most of the lights can be dimmed which I enjoy at night when watching movies or playing videogames.

I love living here so far ! It’s the best feeling :) the living space is perfect! The pool the gym and all the spaces you have to barbecue. The valet trash is a plus ??and the apartment space is so esthetic.

Love our new apartment! Elijah and Dee were great to work with and made us feel very welcome! I only have one complaint, no ethernet in our unit which is a bummer. The community seems pretty quiet and everyone we have met has been super nice!
