They take forever to get anything done. there apartments are way to expensive for the quality of them. Terrible management

Lived here and loved every bit of it. Got along great with the managers. They were always there to assist myself and my family. Great location. Do not take advantage of the oil boom on customers which was nice. When ever needed work done they were at my home within the hour. Highly recommend renting here.

I lived here for 3 years. Management was unfriendly and service orders took weeks to complete. Capital apartments are very run down and have old appliances. The laundry room in my unit had mold on the walls. The heaters quit working twice during the last winter I was there. Be very careful when moving out because they charge for things not on the move out inspection. They also decided to charge me for carpet cleaning and then replaced it so I had to pay for both.
