My husband and I toured Bell North Shore yesterday 2/16/26. Brandon was phenomenal. He was funny, knowledgeable, and patient. He took us to three different buildings and showed us five apartments. He answered all of our questions with honesty and openness, and not once did we feel like we were bothering him. You can tell he loves it there. Stay away from this complex

Do not live here. The management argue with you when you file a formal complaint about the building. The building is falling apart. You hear everything from the neighbors. Elevators do not work. No back up generator. Power outages for 18 hours without a generator to power the building. Isn't there an ordinance about temperature control.

Excellent community filled with different types of amenities to fit all lifestyles. The apartments are spacious, light-filled, and have accommodating layouts. The grounds are beautiful, as there is a pond, woods, and walking paths that wind through several wooded areas. Very comfortable and secure environment.

I am not happy to live here, this condominium does not care about the children who live here, there was a huge renovation and they didnt think of the children .. There is no space for children to play, the only fun was the pool that cannot be used in the summer, they have been renovated and we cannot enjoy it.

  Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the pool is a part of the HOA association and the opening of the pool was voted on. We did vote in favor of opening the pool, but unfortunately we were out voted. We do have a great outdoor space across the street that includes a picnic area next to the pond. This is a great area for children to play! If you are unsure of where this is located please reach out to the leasing office where we can show you. Bell North Shore is a beautiful community in the heart of Vinnin Square and a stone's throw to the ocean and downtown Salem. The apartment homes are very spacious and the amenities are cutting edge and offer something for every resident. We are nestled in a quiet, wooded area with beautiful walking trails around a pond. Very serene and relaxing to take a walk in the community after a long day of work.
