Stay away from this complex
November 17, 2021Do not live here. The management argue with you when you file a formal complaint about the building. The building is falling apart. You hear everything from the neighbors. Elevators do not work. No back up generator. Power outages for 18 hours without a generator to power the building. Isn't there an ordinance about temperature control.Property Manager Responded

January 25, 2021I am not happy to live here, this condominium does not care about the children who live here, there was a huge renovation and they didnt think of the children .. There is no space for children to play, the only fun was the pool that cannot be used in the summer, they have been renovated and we cannot enjoy it.Property Manager Responded
January 30, 2021Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the pool is a part of the HOA association and the opening of the pool was voted on. We did vote in favor of opening the pool, but unfortunately we were out voted. We do have a great outdoor space across the street that includes a picnic area next to the pond. This is a great area for children to play! If you are unsure of where this is located please reach out to the leasing office where we can show you. The apartment homes are very spacious and the amenities are cutting edge and offer something for every resident. We are nestled in a quiet, wooded area with beautiful walking trails around a pond.
