September 22, 2025Poor data management of parking garage, cleanliness of parking garage, consistent communication with all tenants during service requests, enforcement of security of parking garage entrances (doors don’t require keycard access/are damaged for weeks at a time), and inflated prices for the area. March 11, 2025The unit itself is clean, updated, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is quiet, allowing for a peaceful living environment. The neighbors here are friendly and respectful. One of the highlights is the location, which is conveniently situated near shops and public transportation. Communication with the management team has occasionally been a bit unpredictable and slower than I would have liked. February 2, 2025I recently moved into Bell Overlake apartments, and my experience so far has been fantastic! The leasing process was smooth, and the management team has been responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. I love the amenities. The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, public transport, restaurants. November 14, 2024The longer I live here, the less care I see being taken care of the building. The hallways are dirty and smelly and all of the exterior doors are very loud which affect residents especially on Friday and Saturday nights when people are partying and constantly going in and out. One morning I woke up to a spilled beer in the elevator and a jack daniels bottle on the floor. People cram their trash in the trash shoot so it blocks the doors open and the entire hall way smells of trash. They have to ...access my apartment once a week for some excuse of a reason. There was plastic and torn up paper stuck to the floors for a month and I felt embarrassed to have any guests in my home. I am slowly disliking living here every day.Property Manager Responded

For any concerns of cleanliness, please reach out to us at Overlake@bellpartners.com and we are happy to discuss this with our cleaning company for improvement in service. Regarding the trash chutes, we will be addressing this with residents as trash needs to be disposed of at the bins when trash is out for pickup, this is the cause for any backed up trash on occasion. If you do notice any issues of a backup, please let us know & we are happy to get it cleared as soon as possible! Regarding access concerns, we take privacy and security seriously and I would love to chat with you about this concern as I do not have any record of weekly entries to any homes.
