As a whole I really do like where I live. I do wish there was more security around. I do wish we could opt out out of certain things we are obligated to pay for. And that the tenants respect the good neighbor policy.

We have been very happy with our stay at Bell Pasadena, and that's the reason we renewed our lease. Unfortunately, we can longer say this with the new tenants occupying the apartment right above us. Noise and disturbance every day.. 4 months have passed and nothing is being done to resolve this issue.
