    I’ve lived at Bell Tower Flats for several years and if you are seeking a beautiful quiet place to live, this is it. Adriatica is one of the safest places to live in McKinney. The views and trails are beautiful. The maintenance here is stellar!! Which is hard to find in apartments these days. They address any issue rapidly! The apartments have stainless steel appliances, beautiful blinds, crown molding, top notch beauty. The staff works hard to maintain the aesthetic that reflects our ...
    surroundings. Mostly quiet neighbors since we do expect that after 10pm. Which is so important to me! Issues are resolved professionally, Parking garage for bad weather, convenient elevator and so much more. This is probably one of the best apartments you will find in the DFW area. Highly recommend!

    My tiny apt is perfect for me! The staff is exceptional and always accommodates my needs. Lashandra always has a friendly and professional demeanor each time I see her. I enjoy that we have several restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance. The new additions: gym, meeting room, corporate apt are all beautiful.     The staff the I know at St Paul’s Square are very helpful and friendly. My time here has been wonderful! A caring, warm and loving staff, incredibly beautiful grounds, care-free living because of the attentive services provided, happy people and the fact that all of my needs have been met, have made this a sanctuary after fleeing from Hawaii and the lava disaster that burned down my home and everything I owned and scattered my spiritual community. The property is very clean and pet friendly. ...

    My first impression of this apartment complex was that it was breathtaking. I was immediately taken away by the complex's architecture and scenery. I was thoroughly impressed by the way the staff greeted us during our tour and how they addressed each and every one of our questions.     Lived here 1 years. The Good: Great looking area, no one can argue that. Shops, places to eat, place to drink, a small lake and surrounded by million dollar homes. Plenty of parking including parking garage, elevator (which has never went out), excellent area close to shopping, feeling of security, well lit, safe. No smoking allowed. Apartments look nice. Had no bug problems, just occasional random bug. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The Bad: Biggest complaint is noise if your not on top ...
    floor. Look at another rating site and you will see this as #1 complaint. People walking normally above you sounds as if they are in your apartment, cielings seem low. I was lucky enough to have neighbors that didnt play the tv loud thank god but hearing every little single step they too drove me nuts. Hallway noise is abundant as well. Also, outside noise, such as simple conversations can easily be heard. Lots of barking dogs. Apartments even have as I can best descibe, an echo. I have lived in 3 brand new apartments but this one had an odd smell that wouldn't go away, at least in my unit, wasn't a gross smell, just odd. It's no smoking which is good but inconsiderate people will do it anyway, can't avoid that I guess. No airflow in hallways, they need to install fans, each floor has its own smell. Hallways are carpeted, stains are an eyesore. They really need to place small trash cans near elevator, people like to leave cups and fast food bags near them. Over all, I moved out when lease was up because of the walking noise I could no longer deal with.
